HOW DO I KNOW ALL MY INFO IS PROTECTED? AND WHO DO YOU SHARE IT WITH? The app is genius, you guys basically created a different way to collect data. By using this app, I give it access to EVERYTHING I own, from my car, to my security cameras, door locks, garage door, security system/alarm. So I clicked on privacy policy and it goes to a link that says thanks for using the app she nothing else. Please confirm you have allowed access to HomeKit, once done, the icons will control the HomeKit devices directly in each room. Now, if this gets to a point where I can customize the screen and have SIGNIFICANTLY more control over what the icons do then I’m all in for trying it again. Honestly there are already a ton of apps that allow you to not only customize the experience but also do the same hum-drum task of giving you shortcuts to your other apps - you know, kind of like a FOLDER does. I give this two stars because it’s kind of a pretty app but its usefulness is almost nothing. This leads me to believe that this app really isn’t maintained.
#SMART HOME CONTROL TV#
Well, I don’t want the TV application, I wanted the remote, which exists perfectly on my iPad, but this application goes to the App Store and says that the application is not found. What was finally the last nail in the coffin was, after many times of “trying to love this app” I started to really dig in and control my TV with that big TV button and the only apps that apply to me is Apple TV or Apple TV remote. You click on lights and it simply takes you to the Home app to then find the light and do what you want to do. What you see in the screenshots is what you get - icon for icon, capability for capability.Īnd it doesn’t really even “control HomeKit” as promised. One of the primary major flaws is that you can’t customize the buttons in any meaningful way. This app has some pretty cool promise, but that’s really all it has, promise.
I WANT to love this app but can’t bring myself to do that
